request for contributor permission

Steven Wu
Can someone grant me the contributor permission? we are thinking about
contributing to FLINK-9061. My jira id is "stevenz3wu"

Contributor permission is only granted after siginificant contributions.  The route to contributing is to use pull requests and have the commits reviewed by an existing committer.

done. Looking forward to your contributions.

@Michael: JIRA contributor permissions allow people to assign JIRA issues
to themselves. This is not the same as becoming a committer, for which one
has to earn the merit first.
