release 1.1 rc2 confusion

Hi,

On flink downloads page it says that the latest version is 1.1 and have
links for 1.1 binaries but hasnt rc2 voted recently? Are those binaries 1.1
or rc2?

The release that is now the official 1.1 release was called 1.1-RC2
(release candidate 2) before the vote to release it passed.
