Currently, only the {{org.apache.flink.formats.json.JsonRowFormatFactory}} is able to use the information provided by the table schema to derive the JSON format schema. Avro should support this as well in order to avoid specifying a schema twice. This requires the inverse operation that {{org.apache.flink.formats.avro.typeutils.AvroSchemaConverter}} does. Instead of avroschema-to-typeinfo we need a typeinfo-to-avroschema converter.
