The {{SavepointITCase}} attempts to cancel a job by calling {{cancel}} on a source instance. However this instance isn't actually executed on the cluster, since it is serialized during the submission process.

 

Additionally we aren't waiting for the cancellation to finish, causing the test to log several exceptions when the cluster is shutdown.
