Currently, the {{test-ha.sh}} end-to-end test script introduced in FLINK-8973 still uses the state machine example job.

The general purpose DataStream job in FLINK-8971 covers more aspects of the DataStream API and common usages. We should update {{test-ha.sh}} test to use the general purpose DataStream job instead.
