The [REST API|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-master/monitoring/rest_api.html] must be updated for 1.5.

The [Available requests|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-master/monitoring/rest_api.html#available-requests] section still predominantly lists legacy calls. These should be either removed or moved to the bottom, and explicitly marked as legacy.

The [developing section|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-master/monitoring/rest_api.html#developing] must be updated.
