Some output methods on {{DataStream}} that write text to files are not safe to use in a streaming program as they have no consistency guarantees. They are:
 - {{writeAsText()}}
 - {{writeAsCsv()}}
 - {{writeToSocket()}}
 - {{writeUsingOutputFormat()}}

Along with those we should also deprecate the {{SinkFunctions}} that they use.
