this contants("yarn.container-start-command-template") has disappeared from the [1.5.0-SNAPSHOT docs|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-master/ops/config.html].

We should restore it， and I think it should be renamed "containerized.start-command-template".
