The {{JobMaster}} already contains some configuration settings which we pass as constructor arguments. In order to make it better maintainable, I suggest to add a {{JobMasterConfiguration}} object similar to the {{TaskManagerConfiguration}}. This object will contain all {{JobMaster}} specific configuration settings.
