The {{TaskExecutor}} does neither properly stop RM heartbeats nor does it check whether a RM heartbeat timeout is still valid. As a consequence, it can happen that the {{TaskExecutor}} closes the connection to an active {{RM}} due to an outdated heartbeat timeout.
