The {{ClusterDescriptor}} should not specialize the returned {{ClusterClient}} type in order to develop code which can work with all {{ClusterDescriptors}} and {{ClusterClients}}. Therefore, I propose to remove the generic type parameter from {{ClusterDescriptor}}.
