In order to make the {{FlinkYarnSessionCli}} work with Flip-6, we have to pull the Yarn {{ApplicationStatus}} polling out of the {{YarnClusterClient}}. I propose to introduce a dedicated {{YarnApplicationStatusMonitor}}. This has also the benefit of separating concerns better.
