The {{StreamTaskTestHarness}} offers 2 methods for settting up an {{OperatorChain}}:
* setupOutputForSingletonOperatorChain
* setupOperatorChain

We should add a check to make sure that only one of these methods is called. Calling both methods leads to undefined behavior by the task and is a bit tricky to debug.
