Migrate logic in {{org.apache.flink.runtime.rest.handler.legacy.metrics.SubtaskMetricsHandler}} to a handler that extends {{org.apache.flink.runtime.rest.handler.job.metrics.AbstractMetricsHandler}}. Register new handler to {{DispatcherRestEndpoint}}.
