Currently, when converting {{Expression}} to {{RexNode}}, we passed in a {{RelBuilder}}, which is more complex to construct than {{RexBuilder}}. E.g. we need to push a fake table and a fake select node into RelBuilder, in order to get input type information.

I think in this case, {{RexBuilder}} will be enough for generating {{RexNode}}.
