FlinkTypeFactory does not override the following function correctly:
`leastRestrictive(types: util.List[RelDataType]): RelDataType = { //... }`
to deal with situations like
```
CASE
  WHEN <CONDITION> THEN
    <COMPOSITE_TYPE>
  ELSE
    NULL
END
```
will trigger runtime exception
