Currently in the Apache Flink it is available only `FlinkKafkaPartitioner` and just one implementation `FlinkFixedPartitioner`.
I think it will be really good to allow to use the Kafka's default partitioner. Currently the only way that you can do it to implement the `FlinkKafkaPartitioner` and fork the source from the kafka.
