In the restore method of the `RocksDBKeyedStateBackend` exists a case for rescaling incremental checkpoints. This code creates temporary RocksDB instances, but does not close the ColumnFamilyHandles created for those temporary instances. This has shown in some assertion errors from RocksDB in certain tests.
