The {{HighAvailabilityServices}} should have a method {{getJobManagerLeaderRetriever}} which can be called with a {{JobID}} and a default {{JobManager}} address. This is a requirement for Flip-6 where in the {{StandaloneHaServices}} case, we need to dynamically create a {{LeaderRetrievalService}} with the given {{JobManager}} address.
