In order to communicate with the REST endpoint on the Flink cluster, we have to implement a REST client with which we can communicate with the cluster.

The basic operations like submit job, list jobs, lookup job leader, etc. should be straight forward to implement.

If we decide to use web sockets for running long lasting operations (e.g. subscribing to the stream of job execution notifications), then we also have to enable the client to do so.
