1. {{StreamTableSourceTable}} exist useless import of {{TableException}}
2. {{StreamTableSourceTable}} only override {{getRowType}} of  {{FlinkTable}}, I think we can override the method in {{TableSourceTable}}, If so we can using {{TableSourceTable}} for both {{Stream}} and {{Batch}}.
