The {{Subtasks}} and {{TaskManagers/ Subtasks by TaskManager}} view are very similar in what they do, so much in fact that they are identical if the taskmanagers have a single task slot.

I propose to merge them, and add a checkbox to aggregate the subtasks by taskmanagers.
