FLINK-5884 enables users to specify column names for both processing time and event time. FLINK-6595 and FLINK-6584 breaks as chained / nested queries will no longer have an attribute of processing time / event time.

This jira proposes to add a default name for the processing time in order to unbreak FLINK-6595 and FLINK-6584.
