Currently, the {{BlobCache}} can only be started with a fixed address of the {{BlobServer}} such that it know where to ask for blobs which are not already cached. In order to connect to a new {{BlobServer}} a new {{BlobCache}} has to be created, effectively deleting all previously cached files. This thwarts the essential purpose of a cache and, thus, should be changed.

I propose to make the server address configurable such that a single {{BlobCache}} can be connected to a new {{BlobServer}}.
