With FLINK-6324, the Java serialization shortcut for operator state is now deprecated to discourage its usage.

These sources / sinks are still using this shortcut, and should be migrated to use `getListState(descriptor)` instead:
- `BucketingSink`
- `ContinuousFileReaderOperator`
- `GenericWriteAheadSink`
- `MessageAcknowledgingSourceBase`
- `RollingSink`
- `FlinkKafkaConsumerBase` (will be fixed along with the state migration included with FLINK-4022)

To ease review, I propose to open up subtasks under this JIRA and separate PRs for the migration of each single source / sink.
