As per discussion on the mailing list we need to improve on the configuration documentation page (http://apache-flink-mailing-list-archive.1008284.n3.nabble.com/Discuss-Organizing-Documentation-for-Configuration-Options-td15773.html).

We decided to try to (semi) automate this in order to not get of sync in the future.
