As described [here|https://github.com/jekyll/jekyll/issues/5233] jekyll --watch (which is executed within build_docs.sh) fails when using it within Ubuntu on Windows. Adding --force_polling resolves this issue.

I was wondering whether we couldn't add --force_polling by default.
