The tests that check whether API calls on {{WindowedStream}} (both Java and Scala) result in the correct runtime operation are scattered across {{TimeWindowTranslationTest}} and {{WindowTranslationTest}} and the test coverage is not the same for Scala and Java.

We should ensure that we test all API calls and that we also test the Scala API with the same level of detail.
