We should rename {{getManagedOperatorStateStore()}} to {{getOperatorStateStore()}} and  {{getManagedKeyedStateStore()}} to {{getKeyedStateStore()}}. There are no unmanaged stores and having that extra word there seems a bit confusing, plus it makes the names longer.
