Imo the checkboxes are too small. Also checkboxes are the wrong UI element too as they are intended for multiple selection, allowing to combine different actions/information, like the e-mail view on google.

I think it should be possible to click on the jar name or even the complete entry-row to get to the next step, the execution of the job.
