When an uber-jar containing an Elasticsearch sink is executed, an IllegalArgumentException may occur, which is caused by conflicting files of Elasticsearch and it's dependencies in META-INF/services.

As agreed in http://apache-flink-user-mailing-list-archive.2336050.n4.nabble.com/NoClassDefFoundError-with-ElasticsearchSink-on-Yarn-tt8822.html#none, the documentation should point out how to build a sound uber-jar containing an Elasticsearch sink.
