In order to decouple the {{MetricRegistry}} object instantiation from the global configuration, we could introduce a {{MetricRegistryConfiguration}} object which encapsulates all necessary information for the {{MetricRegistry}}. The {{MetricRegistryConfiguration}} could have a static method to be generated from a {{Configuration}}.
