Add an interface to save and load table sources similar to Java's {{Serializable}} interface.
TableSources should implement the interface to become saveable and loadable.

This could be used as follows:

val cts = new CsvTableSource(
  "/path/to/csvfile",
  Array("name", "age", "address"),
  Array(BasicTypeInfo.STRING_TYPEINFO, ...),
  ...
)

cts.saveToFile("/path/to/tablesource/file")

// -----

val tEnv: TableEnvironment = ???
tEnv.loadTableSource("persons", "/path/to/tablesource/file")
