Flink's {{DataStream}} API supports a {{JoinCoGroupFunction}} and {{FlatJoinCoGroupFunction}}. However, it is missing the {{RichFunction}} equivalents. I think we should add a {{RichJoinCoGroupFunction}} and {{RichFlatJoinCoGroupFunction}} to make the API consistent.
