A user reported issues with Flink on YARN not shutting down after a job has finished on a single-job YARN cluster.
We have already the APIs in place to stop the AM after a job has finished for detached per job yarn clusters.

As an additional safety measure, I would like to register the shutdown also for attached per job yarn clusters.
