Logging of received job manager actor messages happens at log level DEBUG right now. The used logger is that of the JobManager/TaskManager respectively. This means that as soon as you debug something related to the JobManager/TaskManager you are always flooded with a lot of debug messages.

Therefore, I would like to set the log level to TRACE for these messages.
