Currently in Flink, there many micro benchmarks spread from different modules, these benchmarks measure on manual, triggered by Junit test, no warmup, no multi iteration. Move all benchmark to a single module and import [JMH|http://openjdk.java.net/projects/code-tools/jmh/] as the back benchmark framework may help Flink devlopers to build benchmark more accurate and easier.
