The current test lacks the following:
  - Does not validate and exactly-once counts after partitioning step
  - Does not cover all cases with the {{Checkpointed}} interface, but uses a mix of by-key state and explicitly Checkpointed state
  - The test uses a non-fault-tolerant deprecated infinite reducer.
