The artifacts seems to be uploaded based on the logs. But [the download link|
https://dev.azure.com/mapohl/flink/_build/results?buildId=382&view=logs&j=9dc1b5dc-bcfa-5f83-eaa7-0cb181ddc267] does not show up.
