[jira] [Created] (FLINK-22053) Recovery of a completed split in NumberSequenceSource causes fatal exception.

Shang Yuanchun (Jira)
Arvid Heise created FLINK-22053:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Recovery of a completed split in NumberSequenceSource causes fatal exception.
                 Key: FLINK-22053
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-22053
             Project: Flink
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: API / Core
    Affects Versions: 1.12.2, 1.13.0
            Reporter: Arvid Heise

If a checkpoint happens after the only split is processed, the split is checkpointed with (from > to). Upon recovery this split causes an exception in the coordinator and a subsequent fatal exception.
