Currently \{{ExecutionContext}} is too complicated. In our design, we should treat \{{ExecutionContext}} as a wrapper of \{{TableEnvironment}} and leave the session config to \{{SessionContext}}. However, we still need to store the origin \{{Configuration}} and command line options. Therefore, we continue introduce a new context named \{{DefaultContext}}.
