Consider a case:
 # AsyncCheckpointRunnable is created and submitted for execution
 # Abort notification is received
 # Nothing is found in Map<Long, AsyncCheckpointRunnable> checkpoints so it does nothing is aborted
 # AsyncCheckpointRunnable is executed and puts itself into the map

Potential issues
 # abortedCheckpointIds.cleanup
 # concurrent channelStateWriter.abort
 # stats not reported (FLINK-19462)
