In order to better distinguish the result cases of the {{JobManagerRunner}} I propose to introduce a {{JobManagerRunnerResult}} which can have the values

1) the job was finished successfully
2) the job was not finished
3) the job initialization failed (this is required in order to handle job initialization failures properly)
