I updated the documentation in [c6043a5|https://github.com/apache/flink/commit/c6043a5f0e190a196d5407c4497f42fe9c905f33]. The Chinese version {{docs/ops/memory/mem_setup.zh.md}} has some English sentences in it which needs to be translated.
