As mentioned in [Flink-15485|https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/10774] when I use LegacyTypeInfoDataTypeConverter to convert BigDicimal to corresponsed DataTypes. It throws _org.apache.flink.table.types.logical.LegacyTypeInformationType cannot be cast to org.apache.flink.table.types.logical.DecimalType error_
