The current benchmark `BlockingPartitionBenchmark` for batch job only measures the scenario of producer & consumer deployment in the same processor, that corresponds to the local input channel on consumer side.

We want to supplement another common scenario to measure the effect of reading data via network shuffle, which corresponds to the remote input channel on consumer side.
