I found some connectors denpendecy  legacy table planner and used in test class.

For example `HiveCatalogUseBlinkITCase `  use `JavaScalaConversionUtil` in legacy table planner not blink planner. For FLIP-32 has be accepted, I think we can remove dependecy of legacy table planner from connectors and formats.
