For expressions.lit,

Current implementation only support the basic type like int, str, bool... It would be better if we support more data type like BigDecimal, Timestamp and other atomic/complex datatypes. We can find all supported types according the Java class org.apache.flink.table.types.utils.ValueDataTypeConverter.
