Currently HiveCatalog has two public construction methods. They all need a hiveConfDir variable, which is the path of hive local configuration file. But when we use the Application mode to submit job, the job is submitted on the master node of the cluster, and there may be no hive configuration on the cluster, we can not get the local hive conf path ,so we add a public construction method with HiveConf, which is convenient for users to use.
