Add naive Bayes algorithm to Flink's machine learning library as a basic classification algorithm. Maybe we can incorporate some of the improvements developed by [Karl-Michael Schneider|http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.59.2085&rep=rep1&type=pdf] into the implementation.
